 Dr. Miguel Scheel received his doctorate at the University of Guayaquil in Ecuador(South America). He then attended the Internationally-Educated Program at the University of Florida College of Dentistry, earning his U. S. Dental Degree, followed by a Residency and Specialty program at the same Institution where he received a Certificate in Prosthodontics and Master of Science degree, giving him the opportunity to diagnose and treat advanced restorative cases.
Dr. Scheel is a member of The American College of Prosthodontics, Academy of Osseointegration, South East Prosthodontic Society, American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, West Coast District Dental Society and Lee County Dental Association.
In the office Dr. Scheel likes spending his time performing Cosmetic Dentistry, placing and restoring dental implants, and fabricating Complete and Partial dentures in his laboratory.
In his free time Dr. Scheel enjoys spending time with his family and friends, and participating in several hobbies that include soccer and tennis. Dr. Scheel is fluent in Spanish.
His wifes name is Ana, and his two children are Miguel and Sofia.
